On my way to Virginia to take care of my Dad after he fell. Had a driveshaft carrier bearing fail somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Thankfully after a GOOGLE search my first call went to these folks. Russell got right on it, ordered the driveshaft, sent a wrecker to my position and even got me a room at a discounted, stranded traveler rate. He had to order the part from Toyota and then went and picked it up first thing in the morning. By 10:00 AM I was back on the road and able to complete my journey. I have rarely witnessed the level of customer service and downright humanity as displayed by this gentleman and his business. This is the standard by which all others should be judged against and certainly they all fall short of the mark. Literally a life saver and I can no way full express my gratitude for all these folks done for me. God Bless them.
